Healthy Buffalo Turkey Meatballs (Paleo)

These had a little kick to them! Delicious and healthy. I cooked these in the crockpot for 2 hours on high instead of in the oven. Follow the instructions on what and how to mix and then place them in the crockpot or cook them in the oven according to the recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb of lean ground turkey
  2. ½ cup of almond flour
  3. ⅓- 1/2 cup of hot sauce
  4. ½ tsp salt
  5. ½ tsp of garlic powder
  6. ¼ tsp of ground black pepper
  7. ¼ tsp of onion powder
  8. ¼ tsp chili powder
  9. 1 egg

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet in aluminum foil.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a fork until everything is completely mixed.
  3. Roll the meatballs into tablespoon sized balls.
  4. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Brush off some of the excess liquid/fat off the bottom of the meatballs with paper towels.
