Buffalo Chicken Wings

I needed something to cook quick. Chicken wings are actually a very easy dish to cook if you’re in a hurry. You put whatever you’d like on them, pop them in the oven, and bake until crispy.

Ingredients
  1. Chicken wings
  2. Buffalo sauce
  3. Arrowroot starch or cornstarch
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Garlic powder
  6. Dried parsley

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. Pat the chicken wings with a dry paper towel to absorb moisture.
  3. Place the wings into a ziplock bag filled with arrowroot starch, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shake the bag until the wings are completely coated.
  5. Place the wings on a baking sheet lines with parchment paper (Spray the paper with coconut oil).
  6. Brush the wings with buffalo sauce and place in the oven.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven and turn the wings over.
  8. Brush with buffalo sauce and return to oven.
  9. Bake for another 15 minutes or until crispy.
