Cannoli Dip

Unfortunately, I was not able to taste test this because it is filled with dairy and gluten. But, those who were able to eat it said that they very much enjoyed it. It is super simple to make! I served it with broken up waffle cones.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup ricotta
  2. 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  3. 1 cup powdered sugar
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  6. waffle cones broken

Instructions
  1. Using a hand mixer and large bowl add in ricotta, cream cheese, and powdered sugar on medium-high speed until smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add in vanilla extract and whip for another 30 seconds.
  3. Taste test the dip.
  4. If you'd like it sweeter, add more powdered sugar, about 2 tablespoons at a time.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate for a few hours
  7. Serve dip with broken waffle cones for dipping.
