One-Pan Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Casserole

This was delicious. Low-carb and Keto friendly. I air-fried my chicken before placing it in the casserole.

One-Pan Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cup chicken (cooked)
  • 2 cup broccoli
  • 3 cup riced cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F and coat a baking dish with nonstick coconut cooking spray.
    2. Add mayonnaise, egg, spices, salt, and pepper to a large bowl and mix until smooth.
    3. Stir in cheddar cheese, chicken, broccoli and riced cauliflower. Toss well until all the ingredients are well-coated. Transfer to your baking dish.
    4. Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
